Steve Norton, author of the economic impact study that was used in the successful campaign to bring casino gambling to Atlantic City, and at this time was Executive VP of Resorts International Hotel & Casino, comments on living in Atlantic City:

“‘I wouldn’t live here. I’d be afraid to have my kids in these schools. I’d be afraid of the crime and the drugs,’ he said.”
